These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the G-Roll mobile application and any related websites, content, features, and services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

1) Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy (available at getfi.org/pp). By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

4) Age of Users

The Services are not directed to children under 13.

Users between 13 and 18 should have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Services. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their child’s online activities and use of the Services.

We disclaim responsibility for activities conducted by individuals under the age of 13, with or without parental permission. By providing consent for your child to use the Services, you agree to the Terms governing their usage.

5) Description of the Services

G-Roll is a mobile game experience that may include:

  • Required user accounts

  • Gameplay progression and in-game rewards

  • A referral feature

  • Public leaderboards (including seasonal leaderboards)

  • In-app purchases, including consumables, non-consumables, and subscriptions (e.g., Elite Pass)

We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

6) Accounts and Security

An account is required to use the Services. You may register or sign in using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information where requested

  • Keep your account credentials secure

  • Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

7) Your Obligations and Community Rules

By registering or using the Services, you agree to:

  • Use the Services only through authorized means

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms

  • Refrain from harassing, threatening, or abusing other players

  • Avoid offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate language

  • Refrain from cheating, hacking, exploiting, or disrupting the Services

  • Avoid bots, automation, scripts, or multi-accounting intended to gain unfair advantage

  • Avoid transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • Respect the integrity of competition and other users’ privacy

We may enforce these rules through warnings, restrictions, suspensions, score adjustments, disqualification, resets, or account termination.

8) Leaderboards (Public)

The Services may include public leaderboards, including seasonal leaderboards.

By using the Services, you understand that your username, avatar, and gameplay performance (such as scores/rankings) may be displayed publicly within the Services.

To protect competitive fairness, we may review suspicious activity and may adjust scores, disqualify entries, reset progress/seasonal data, or take enforcement actions.

9) Referral Feature

The Services may provide referral codes. Referral outcome tracking is performed server-side (e.g., whether a code was used and whether conditions were met).

You agree not to:

  • Spam users with invitations

  • Mislead users or impersonate others

  • Engage in fraudulent referral activity

We may revoke referral benefits and take action for abuse.

10) Virtual Items

You may purchase or earn virtual items within the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Virtual items:

  • Are provided as part of the Services

  • Are non-transferable

  • May not be sold or exchanged for real-world value

We may modify, revoke, or remove virtual items to the extent permitted by law, including for balancing, seasonal updates, or enforcement actions.

11) Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

The Services may offer in-app purchases, including consumables, non-consumables, and subscriptions (e.g., Elite Pass). Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.

11.1 Billing and Subscription Management

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple/Google account settings. Your store account controls cancellation, renewal, and billing details.

11.2 Refunds

All sales are final and refunds are not provided unless required by law and/or applicable store policies. Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable store.

12) “GET” Loyalty Rewards (No Token / No Monetary Value)

“GET” inside the G-Roll game refers to in-game loyalty/progression rewards only.

It is not a token, has no monetary value, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.

13) Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Access the Services in an unauthorized manner

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code (except where legally permitted)

  • Bypass or interfere with security features

  • Use third-party software to modify or interfere with the Services

  • Host, provide, or distribute unauthorized access to the Services

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

14) Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to the Services if users violate these Terms or engage in illegal or improper use of the Services.

Upon termination, unused virtual items and in-game benefits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

15) Changes, Resets, and Service Availability

We may change, reset, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including seasonal resets, leaderboard resets, balance changes, feature removals, and downtime) at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted.

16) Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., authentication, analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks). Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

17) Intellectual Property

The Services (including software, visuals, logos, content, and trademarks) are owned by WikZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

18) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

19) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WikZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

2.5 Crash Reports and Diagnostics

We collect crash logs and diagnostic events (including log, warning, and error data) to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

2.6 Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

However, third-party payment processors/platforms may share non-financial purchase information with us (e.g., items purchased, subscription status, purchase confirmations) to fulfill your order, provide entitlements, prevent fraud, support analytics, and provide customer support.

2.7 Approximate Location

We may collect approximate (coarse) location, for example based on IP address or device settings, for analytics, localization, fraud prevention, and service optimization. We do not collect precise GPS location.

2.8 Notifications

The game may request permission to send notifications (including time-sensitive notifications where supported). You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

3) How We Use Information

We collect, store, use, and process information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (authentication, gameplay, referrals, leaderboards)

  • Deliver purchases/subscriptions and in-game entitlements

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple/Google account settings. Your store account controls cancellation, renewal, and billing details.

11.2 Refunds

All sales are final and refunds are not provided unless required by law and/or applicable store policies. Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable store.

12) “GET” Loyalty Rewards (No Token / No Monetary Value)

“GET” inside the G-Roll game refers to in-game loyalty/progression rewards only.

It is not a token, has no monetary value, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.

13) Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Access the Services in an unauthorized manner

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code (except where legally permitted)

  • Bypass or interfere with security features

  • Use third-party software to modify or interfere with the Services

  • Host, provide, or distribute unauthorized access to the Services

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

14) Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to the Services if users violate these Terms or engage in illegal or improper use of the Services.

Upon termination, unused virtual items and in-game benefits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

15) Changes, Resets, and Service Availability

We may change, reset, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including seasonal resets, leaderboard resets, balance changes, feature removals, and downtime) at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted.

16) Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., authentication, analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks). Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

17) Intellectual Property

The Services (including software, visuals, logos, content, and trademarks) are owned by WikZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

18) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
